Everything in terms of service and the room - cleanliness and convenience. Breakfasts were generous and delicious. The dining room is really nice and has a pretty view on the garden. Parking was easy. Proximity to the Thermes was great as we drove there direct on one road from the hotel. Loved the stays we've had with Balmoral - 3 so far.

The breakfast and dinner were both excellent, and the pool/spa was truly outstanding. I took an overnight mother–daughter trip with my 10-year-old, and we both had an amazing stay. She loved the pool just as much as I did — it was spacious and had everything you could want for a relaxing weekend. The hotel also offered plenty of comfortable lounge areas downstairs and a lovely terrace, perfect for enjoying a drink or meal in the sun. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

We’ve stayed here before and the hotel is clean, tidy, comfortable, with efficient, friendly and helpful staff. It has a range of facilities (most of which we don’t take advantage of) and plenty of car parking. On arrival we were upgraded and our room was spacious and comfortable with a large screen television and good Wi-Fi connection. The restaurant doesn't have a large menu, but the food (and wine) was good. Ideally located for Spa Francorchamps racing circuit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Radissonblu, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine smile. The staff were incredibly helpful and always eager to assist with any request. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the complimentary toiletries and the in-room coffee maker. The hotel's location is perfect, situated close to the center and tourist places. making it convenient to explore the area. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a variety of options to suit all tastes. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide range of choices and everything fresh and tasty. Overall, my experience at Radisson blu was outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Spa City. I will definitely be returning on my next visit.

The location was excellent. Unfortunately the restaurant was not good value for the money. Breakfast was not worth €26. While the staff were very friendly but because of the amount of people the repleneshment of the food was very slow. For me there were not enough staff on duty.

From check in to check out the experience was brilliant. The staff were super attentive, couldnt have done more to help and were proactive to ensure our stay was exceptional. The hotel is immaculate, the facilities are perfect and the room was ultra comfortable. An amazing place to finish out the final night of our Euro Motorsport Lad & Dad Tour. Thank you!

Location... in a beautiful area... Spa has a lot to offer. The hotel also offers very nice spaces to relax, even though I have not taken advantage of these. Very clean and comfortable beds.
